Install or Launch Issues?
If you receive a Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prompt when launching the SmartQ app, simply click the More info link then select the Run anyway button.
Note: This warning is due to the application not being signed by Microsoft which applies to many other 3rd party applications.
Change Stream Format to MPEGTS
In order for the app to play all content and use less bandwidth, you will need to change the default Stream Format to MPEGTS instead of HLS by following the below steps.
o Launch the SmartQ app
o Open Settings
o Select Stream Format
o Select MPEGTS (.ts)
o Select Save
